They could always give the parents of the victims the opportunity to surgically castrate them with a pair of garden shears.

They really should raise the punishment for pedophiles, to life in prison, no parole.  Honest pedophiles are always on record, stating they can't be cured of the urge.

 

Does the chemical castration even work.  Would not testosterone treatment simply negate to process.
