Sorry mate but your English skills are lacking here. You prefixed your statement with "I'm not seeing a big downside" which to most English speaking peoples implies you are not seeing a big downside.

Trump thinks that we need to do whatever we need to do, to keep out the best and the brightest from around the world, and prevent them from studying in the US and then staying in the US and working jobs which would help to improve the quality of life in America.
