Trying to build an outdoor kitchen on one of my decks:

Nothing beats the sea view, even mountains with snow capped tops comes as a good second. Especially in the spring when everything becomes green.

Nah ... just photo bugs that enjoy sharing their snaps.  Like minded hobbyist, whether just snaps from their phone, or fancy cameras with special lens.

Today's view was better title, than from balcony.

Add in a drone or underwater camera, and just different perspectives.  Views from above (drone or high viewpoint) or below ...

It is all about the small blink of an eye that can brighten up your day a little bit.

To much negativity in this world, sharing food and view is just delightful contributions, and hopefully sharing views from different perspectives can take you places. Either mentally or physically.

Lightening up

I love this thread. Fantastic idea whoever thought it up

Personally, my favourites are rice fields or the BKK cityscape at sunset.

Puget Sound (Seattle area) gives the best of both (mountain and water views)

Alaska pics?

That reminds me.  I've got an entire bunch of old Alaska pictures that were taken by some guy named E. Andrews in the early 1900s.  I was going to donate them to the Alaska State Library Historical Collection, but I never followed up on it and they're now in storage.

Early morning sun on the garden from the pool deck

Lovely garden and very nice lawn. Do you have a gardener ?   I have given up on our lawns.  Just can't eradicate this clover like weed that spreads like wildfire in the rainy season so I might just tile it all over in the cool season on a thin scree of cement and gravel. Already done the front as the mango tree/ dogs ruined the frontlawn.   Back garden half done where flooding killed grass. Balconies front and back

( uploaded pictures upside down so deleted )

Your view from your balcony home, hotel, beach, travelling,  just any nice view will do, and any weather as well.

My daily view nice and quiet for now ☺️

I do get my share to. Got a thumbs down because in my opinion, the best thing about Thailand was my wife.

How someone can give thumbs down for that, is outside my imagination

Ain't it da truth  ..haha .    Don't fret , that's the reward one gets when they are "off the beaten track " .   Of course,  there are others who are just plain "off" .

So..... ,  I am just closing with my FIRST home build across the river from central Chiangrai , 36 years ago.

Young and full of cum like the new generation here.   I knew little Thai, little about burning, little about neighbors , and nothing about building .  My big wooden roof(frame) had to be replaced after a year due to burrowing insects .  Went metal .  Almost mental. My daughter was born there, driven on motorcycle on a dirt road at 3 am to the CR hospital.   Came out in about 1 hour .   Guess the bumpy ride helps.

Things have smoothed out a bit since that time and many moves/houses.   CR.jpg.fde0a7c82a930b575bd4af7167e4f572.jpg

Dude you do know you are a target of the Emojinauts? There is a guy not posting here (he may have been tossed) running it. All Trump supporters get thumbs down no matter what.

When I was told this I almost peed myself laughing

Being very on topic ... as always 🙄

Our view today, and onward in the AM, instead almost now.   Started getting my 'steps' in, and best place to do.   Got ~3 kms of walkway on North side of the bay, so can do an easy 6 kms here and no sewage smell, like the town fronting part of the bay.

Did get interrupted by mama nature, so only 2 kms / 2700 steps.

When we get bored with our local views, and why we're O&A so much, just driving around.  Addicted to the limestone karsts of the south.  Not that the headlands at Ao Prachuap doesn't do it for me, as one of the prettier bays in Th.   Thankfully less than 10 mins away.

Surat Thani, Phang Nga & Krabi (just came back from) really hook me in 🙄
