The snakes in the grass have been awoken. The tables are turning. The clock is ticking on ung ing and her family once again..

No worries. I only know that because my Mum is a stickler for these things. She nearly has a conniption fit every time she hears someone say "the proof is in the pudding" or "one foul sweep" 😂

But CONNIPTION is definitely American, probably an invented word (OED)
