June 24, 20251 yr Hi folks, For months now, the above update fails to install on my Windows 11 laptop. I retry it periodically, but it never succeeds! I chose to ignore it but, annoyingly, my laptop constantly reminds me that it "is an important security update which needs to be installed." Any ideas?

June 25, 20251 yr Probably best to do a manual upgrade, by downloading the image, mounting it and running Setup. But you can try using Windows Update initially. Check first. Hold the Windows key down and press the R key. Type winver in the box and press OK.
