Hello, and thanks in advance for any assistance.

If I procure an E-Visa while in one country and change my mind about my travel plans and go to another country for a week (ie get an e-visa in Cambodia to go to Thailand on July 15 with flight booked, but later switch the trip plans to go to Laos and then go to Thailand from Laos on August 1) is the e-visa produred in Cambodia still valid or do I need to get a new e-visa while in Laos? (Not that it is a big deal to get a new e-visa if I need to - just want to know if I have to)

What you outline is fine. By way of example.

Being Oz I need eVisa for Vietnam.

I sometimes fly to Oz from Bangkok and return with a leg to Saigon (stay a week) then fly to Bangkok.

Generally obtain the eVisa for Vietnam while I'm in Thailand. Prior to trip to Oz.

After trip to Oz enter Vietnam with eVisa.

No issue.

Cool. Cool. Thank you. I figured that since the visa must be used within 90 days, it implies you can use it to fly from anywhere post-approval. (Plans change) I asked Google AI the question twice, and first it said "NO WAY! GET A NEW VISA IN LAOS!" and the second time it said, "You don't need another visa. You're good." (Looks like AI just scans the first thing it comes across)

Yes.

This is not related to your plans however some folk obtain eg an eVisa for Thailand then ask if they can enter Thailand visa exempt and "save" the eVisa for later entry.

I would not do that.

Yeah - makes little sense since there is an option for multiple entry visa.
