IF Starmer goes, they'll all go within weeks.

Really? How can that happen? I mean, how can an elected government, unpopular as it is, just "go within weeks"?

Daddy Trump & other leaders aren't gonna like it! Rightfully so.

They /them already screwed up the UK with their Mass migration efforts.

Allowing a Palestine state only appeases the insanity of the oppressed,

who are obsessed with destroying Israel.

Sorry my UK friends the left in your Parliaments are delloustional.

The idea of a Palestinian state is fine by me but whatever I think doesn't matter to the two parties that need to agree.

Oh well.

If Starmer went then it's a massive hit. Low confidence, with general dissent and disruption might see another panic GE called by another weak (Labour this time) PM. But Labour don't have any real leaders and they could easily lose that election. They can't even steer themselves, let alone the country.

We can only hope.

Too many, of course.

Back on topic, of these 220 MP's who are 'demanding' the PM do their bidding, are they doing the bidding of their electorate?

A simple and straightforward point. That so many find too difficult to grasp.

It could be argued, that the Labour Party in general, and Starmer in Particular, are totally ignoring the UK electorate.

Politicians in the UK are elected to represent the people of the UK, not Gaza, Palestine or anywhere else in the wider world.

Still, it's a good excuse to deflect attention away from the the utter shambles that the UK is turning into.

Since the pervert prophet, who started to hate Jews when they rejected his idiotic religion. He incorporated several practices from Judaism thinking it would attract them.

You could argue that, but the Labour lobby only make up half of these alleged 220 parliamentary malcontents, which indicates that it's a broader church. So my question still stands whether they are echoing the sentiments of the folk they represent or otherwise.

It doesn't really matter what Party they belong to.

The are elected by the UK Electorate, and their Primary concern is the UK.

If they are so  concerned about Gaza, Palestine, or any other place, they can resign, get off the gravy train and go and put their money where their mouth is, and go and help out in any of those places.

Easy to bump your gums, sitting on a gravy train.

Wrong like climate.

Britain is prepared to recognise the state of Palestine in September unless Israel agrees a ceasefire in Gaza, Keir Starmer has said.

In a statement from Downing Street, the Prime Minister said the Palestinian people have "endured terrible suffering" with "catastrophic failure of aid". He added: "We see starving babies, children too weak to stand, images that will stay with us for a lifetime. The suffering must end."

Earlier on Tuesday, UN-backed experts said "the worst-case scenario of famine" was currently playing out in Gaza and warned of "widespread death" without urgent action.

The Foreign Secretary was applauded at the UN General Secretary as he said the UK would recognise the Palestinian state by September unless Israel acts. In a brief speech in New York he said: "The devastation in Gaza is heart breaking.

The Foreign Secretary went on to say Britain "bears a special burden of responsibility" for delivering a two-state solution.

He said: "Let me be clear - the Netanyahu government's rejection of a two state solution is wrong. It's wrong morally, and it's wrong strategically. It harms the interests of the Israeli people, closing off the only path to a just and lasting peace, and that is why we are determined to protect the viability of a two-state solution.

Interesting. Thanks for posting that.

It's interesting to note how the poll broke it down by affiliation to British political party. The voter for the minority, never-in-power parties dominate in agreeing to recognise Palestine, whereas the voter for Reform, the party that's been broadly reported as having a strong chance of forming the next UK government, disagree.
