Rescue Teams Save 19-Month-Old Child Trapped in Truck Crash

Rescue workers successfully saved a 19 months old child trapped inside the wreckage of an 18-wheel truck that plunged down a ravine in Khun Jae National Park. The crash claimed the life of the child’s mother and left the father in critical condition.

Bomb Attack Injures Three Rangers, CCTV Camera Burnt

Two separate incidents in the troubled southern region have raised security concerns after an improvised explosive device (IED) wounded three paramilitary rangers in Chanae district, and a CCTV camera was deliberately set on fire in Ba Cho district, both in Narathiwat Province.

Ex-Girlfriend Throws Acid on Man at Shopping Mall, Flees Scene

Police at Bang Kaeo Police Station received a report of a man injured after being splashed with acid inside a shopping mall in Bang Phli district, Samut Prakan province. Investigations led officers, along with rescue workers from the Ruamkatanyu Foundation, to the scene in the mall’s restroom where they found Mr. Silapat, 21, from Nakhon Sawan province, sitting on the floor with severe burns and blistering on his arms, legs and other parts of his body.

Boy, 9, Mauled by Pack of Dogs While Crossing Road

A nine-year-old boy was left with injuries to both legs after being attacked by a pack of six dogs in Pak Phanang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. The child narrowly avoided further harm when he fled across a road, fortunately at a moment when few vehicles were passing.

Thaksin Donates Drones to Bolster Border Patrols
