British Expat Shares Thai Retirement Costs, Inspires Moves

Yes, I know that.  My point was the way they worded it,  was the visa was for 1900 baht which it obviously isn't.

You sound like one of those obstinate Brits. The cost of the initial 90 day Non O Visa depends on where the application is made and whether it's single or multiple entry.

How much does a single entry 90 Day Non O applied for from within Thailand cost?

  • Why blab about it? Someone did something similar in Chiang mai years ago and the place got inundated with whinging boomer whiteys. Also highlighting visa agents isn’t the smartest move. Just enjoy you

Wow, where can I get such a health insurance?

  • 60 baht water bill? Either I'm being ripped off or Simon isn't showering enough 😊 A dirty 'farang'? 😊 Maybe he uses the shower at the gym and pool. I've seen a few foreigners save money that way.

You're the one making the big issue out of it.  Or did you write the article?  and that's why you've jumped on me for just pointing out that the way it was written,  it implied he got a visa for 1900 baht which of course he didn't.

Take a chill pill and calm down love.

You still don't understand my point.  Funny really, because you're using big words like  "obstinate" yet you don't seem to be the sharpest tool in the box.      A 5 year old has a better grasp of English than you.  Surely it's not that hard to follow.    Why you banging on about where someone has got a single day entry. That's totally irrelevant to my comment.    Have you been smoking something?

"Joke of the Day"

Totally BS from 1 family when thousands of other says the opposite.

50 baht per dish (30 where I live) is normal. But it isn't really a whole meal.

I don't know of any normal visa that costs more than 1900 apart from METV or Elite Visa. Don't know much about Digital nomad visa, but SETV and Non B are 1900 baht.
