Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant though and not a pain killer, isn't it? For muscle relaxants, I've had really good results with Eperisone 50mg. Can get it anywhere over the counter in Thailand. Cheap and no narcotic effect. Works really good for back spasms. I will usually take one together with 500mg of paracetamol. They work great together. 
 

I agree though, weed is the best thing if it works for you. Couch lock can be good too, at the right times. That's why I normally only use it at night so it doesn't interfere with daily life. 

True I got the cyclo for muscle spasms but Valium is more my style good for sleeping when sleep aludes you. But I like recliner lock definitely.I will remember Eperisone 50 MG. I get the back spasm sometimes & if it has a non narcotic effect even better. Thanks for the tip.

That web addy came up as dodgy, and I couldn't get on, so found a pdf of instructions on Google, I keep meaning to get one but not found one on-line since the bother of the last month or so.

You're welcome. You can also try another (non-narcotic) muscle relaxant: Orphenadrine Citrate 50mg. Also works good, also easy to find, and also inexpensive. You can try both and see which one works better for you. I kind of prefer Eperisone, but I think they both do the same thing. 
 

When sleep evades, I often find if I get out of bed, eat something light (fruit or nuts or something), vape a bit more weed, and then get back into bed 45 minutes later, that usually does the trick.
