You can't argue with Trump that Kimmel and Colbert were talent-less.

Of course you can, BUT under Trump's rules, you are not allowed to.

IF, as you and Trump both claim, that Jimmy Kimmel was untalented, WHY did so many Americans watch his show for nearly 20 years.

If he was so untalented then his show would have been pulled or not renewed after the first or second season.

  • There is no such group as Antifa. It's a right wing concoction to keep their base angry.

  • Statue commemorating ANTIFA terrorists, just outside Arlington National Cemetery in VA.

  • Last I heard Antifa wasn’t dressed out in combat gear unidentifiable grabbing folks off the streets shoving them into unmarked trucks and disappearing them……hummm……

You can’t argue that Dear Leader hasn’t done a good job of boiling your frog.

The Jerry Springer Show was also on the air for 20 years.

So what?

Is it still on the air?

Because there is no proof of your claim but you read it on social media so case closed.

No, just because you read something on social media doesn't make it true, but it doesn't make it false either.

Also, I've heard Trump, or at least his staff, threatened the networks on CNN.

A lot of people watch a lot of garbage.

Trump was just joking about them being talentless. And he won't come to your condo in Jomtien or Udon or wherever you live and hunt you down because you disagree with him.

And the relevance of your post and the topic is what, exactly?

Yes, he is making a very profound philosophical point which is going to be too deep for most people.

The media is too corrupted and they turn even positive things that the president does and put a negative spin on it. This makes millions of people hate the president even if at least some of the things he is doing should be acknowledged as positive. It makes people fight incessantly. It creates mistrust in govt. It creates radical groups.

It shouldn't apply just to Trump though. In the future, journalists who are seen to repeatedly put spin on things for their own hidden agendas need to be prosecuted. Journalism is supposed to be factual.

Your 'profound philosophical point' is pathetic propaganda with a dash of highly hypocritical hogwash about a toxic Trump tantrum.

If it’s so deep for most, how can Trump expect MAGA to ever understand it?

He means he feels like the place he finds himself in that it's too deep of a hole, I believe.

The point made is

It makes people fight incessantly. It creates mistrust in govt. It creates radical groups

Trump can be a son of a bleeping bleep, but when there's a bunch of jackals trying to take you down, you gotta be.

Wow! Terrorist organisation! They must be very dangerous!

I agree with the bleep, but everyone including the bleep needs to be accountable for their bleep actions.

In a stinging rebuke on his podcast this week, Cruz blasted Carr’s actions,

describing them as “dangerous as hell” and “right out of “Goodfellas.”  careful Ted

Per BBC on Cruz:

"But what he [Carr] said there is dangerous as hell," Cruz added. "And so he threatens, explicitly, we're going to cancel ABC's licence.

"We're going to take them off the air so ABC cannot broadcast anymore. He says we can do this the easy way, or we could do this the hard way, yeah. And I got to say that's right out of Goodfellas.

"That's right out of a mafioso coming into a bar going, nice bar you have here, it'd be a shame if something happened to it," he added, using a mobster voice

Wake up people.

It's obvious where this is going.

Criminalizing any and all criticism of the dear leader Trump.

Criminalizing the democratic party as a terrorist organization.

Encouraging people including friends, family, and coworkers to REPORT people.

The maga fascist movement is using the assassination of Kirk like Hitler used the Reichstag fire.

History doesn't repeat itself but it does rhyme.

Lefties spend four years trying to silence Trump .

Raids , Court cases , accusations with the sole intent of removing him from democratic elections and ending the democratic process

U.S. law (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 2331) defines terrorism as acts to intimidate or coerce civilians/governments. Antifa’s documented attacks on property, police, and political opponents is well reported by the right not so much on the left.

Nick is spot on. Antifa’s red/black flags aren’t just for show, they got  communist origins .

Antifa: "A majority of individuals involved are anarchists, communists, and socialists, although some social democrats also participate in the antifa movement".

The first 'merit' before the Supreme Court during Mr. Trump's second term will start in NOV involving the IEEPA emergency tariff case. All the other cases so far have been based on procedural issues.

And the lead plaintiff on that case was a hard right / libertarian law firm backed by at least one of Mr. Trump's 2024 election mega-donors.

How many people have been killed by Antifa, so far?

Aaron "Jay" Danielson: In August 2020, Michael Forest Reinoehl, who self-identified as "100% ANTIFA" on social media, was the suspect in the fatal shooting of Aaron "Jay" Danielson, a right-wing activist, in Portland, Oregon. Reinoehl was killed by federal authorities while they attempted to arrest him.

Eric Banks: In 1993, John Bair, an anti-racist skinhead, shot and killed Eric Banks, a racist skinhead and member of a white power band.

So one killing in 2020 by an antifa guy. However does it make the whole antifa a terrorist organisation?
