If the Asian tourism market is collapsing then why is Vietnam Cambodia and Malaysia seeing an increase? Typical Thai refusal to face reality. It is simply not that tourist paradise it was, in the past decade it has lost a lot of appeal. You can only lie cheat and rip people off for so long before it returns to bite you. Leave it to the new demographic of rude low spending tourists they now have. Good luck

      Only Thailand numbers have gone down. Who are they kidding. People are going where their money goes further and they feel appreciated as a tourist.

      Other Asian markets seem to be picking up the slack...  Thailand is slipping because all it has to offer is the sex trade.
