Is The Retirement Requirement Topped Up From 65k To 80k Month?

I just read the last issue of Phuket Gazette where a Dutch guy has a question to the Immigration under "Issues and answers"

In that article it is stated from the Immigration that he need to certify an income on 80k month or 800K a year.

Can someone with the knowledge confirm that the amount now have changed to 80k month.

The requirement is 65k per month or 800k bank account for 3 months or a combination of the two. No change.
