Since expats there come on the doom porn youtube vids and tell us how cheap they're living, how perfect their lives are and great they have it, I thought I'd share a different perspective of what is going on here. I'm 66 with a couple of pensions, no debts, 3 cars, annual real estate taxes of 600. Eight acres, 9 year old house w/ a detached garage and 2 sheds. 3 electric scooters I had shipped from china. Water is 25 a month. Internet is 60, electric is 130 a month ish. I have ground based solar as well.  Can't see my neighbors.  Have plenty of ammo and disposable income of 5000> per month. . not counting food.  Youtube doesn't allow me to comment since I knew what the agenda was for 20 years.

 

Sorry to inform you, thailand is part of the same agenda. You haven't escaped anything. Get mad, flame away if you want. Some of us lived below our means.

I don't want ANY woman at this point. 80% have been injected and 100% use cell phones, both of those were designed by  the same satanists that are taking everything down.  Tried to warn americans and others, most didn't listen.  Would be a big mistake to assume any of us are 'safe' at this point. Yes, most of these fools played the keep ahead of the jones' game.   I'm just saying, some of us are well prepared; but you cannot prepare for everything other than to be prayed up and tell the truth and shame the devil.  Remaining silent is not an option. There are no sidelines in spiritual warfare. We were put here at this time for a reason.

This shows how crazy people are. They amass a bunch of crap they don't need, they have way more than they need, and still they are suspicious that governments are out to get them and have "an agenda". 

 

Thailand is ok. The biggest problem is that there are a lot of poor people.

Instead of spreading creepy doom and gloom bs on the internet, why don't you sell one of your useless 6 vehicles that you don't need and donate a bit of money to a Thai charity?

Location location location ... which you don't mention, but $600 RE Tax, and you're out there pretty far, and possibly no major city near you, or jobs & school district.   As just my school district tax on my main house in PA was about $3000 a year, 25 yrs a go, and I didn't have kids.

 

2 other rental properties, were < $1000, all in tax, but crap school districts, and business to support the tax base.  The were row houses, in slum areas.

 

As anti social as I am, I don't really want to live a hermit's life, and do prefer daily, a woman's company, whether single or married.  So need to be near some civilized area.

 

I know I could live inexpensively in the USA, monthly expense wise, that is.   Although our custom built house would cost a hell of a lot more, and our BEVs aren't even available there, and the ones that are, way overpriced, along with no charging network, countrywide, unless buying a Tesla.

 

Our solar system would have cost 3x as much to have installed  And I doubt if I'd have this view within walking distance from the house, or 5 min E-MC ride, with nice rolling hills, 10 kms in the opposite direction.

 

Just seems to be somebody bragging about how much stuff he has ,🤡
