I agree in general with your post, but is this another attempt to blame Biden for what's happening in the US today? Of course many of those who helped the US in Afghanistan were brought out of there for their safety, and entered America during the chaotic retreat in '21, as they indeed should. But don't forget that the shooter's asylum was granted several months into Trump's administration period.
