I wonder whether they still think that invading Israel was a good idea ?

The dead obviously don’t think anything.   Did 70,000 Palestinians invade Israel?   We both know they did not.   This is a collective punishment, a war crime.

20 000 of them did . Taking hostages is a war crime (Palestinian crimes). Civilians dying in wars ISNT  war crime . Your side are the war criminals

Hamas statistics so many will be skeptical.

Nonsense.

It also incudes natural deaths , people who naturally died through old age and other medical conditions .

It also includes the people Hamas killed as well

You've made that claim before and I disproved it before.

You really don't learn do you?

That claim is not supported by credible sources.

📊 What the figures represent

  • The 70,000+ death toll reported in late 2025 comes from the Hamas‑run Gaza Health Ministry, whose numbers are considered broadly credible by the United Nations and humanitarian agencies, though they cannot be independently verified due to restricted access.

  • These figures are meant to represent conflict‑related deaths (from airstrikes, shelling, and fighting).

  • Israel disputes the numbers, arguing that they include Hamas fighters mixed with civilians, but there is no evidence that the tally includes people who died of natural causes like old age or unrelated medical conditions.

Conclusion

The 70,000 figure refers to deaths caused by the war (civilians and fighters). Assertions that it includes “natural deaths” are misinformation or political spin, not reflected in official reporting.

The Middle East has long been a place where terrorism seems to thrive, and Israel has become the new terrorist nation in that region. They are a truly heinous regime, they do not practice democracy, and the leadership seems to thrive on the blood of women and children.

All the lessons of the Holocaust seem to have been forgotten in the fog of aggression and war.

If Israel stops defending itself today, it will be wiped off the map tomorrow.
Now it's your turn.

Sorry, but I had expected more from you.

Netanyahu definitely played a part in the existence of Hamas.

If Israel stopped Apartheid, roads for Jews only(between illegal settlements), stopped a Blockade on Gaza, and many other basic human rights abused of Palestinians, they wouldn't be attacked.

If someone steals your land, what would you do? It's a travesty that Israel are getting away with such abominable crimes.

Obviously, after the Hamas attack Israel needed to do something. But was plastering Gaza with 200,000 tons of ordinance, denying humanitarian aid and systematically destroying all infrastructure justified? Let alone targeting ambulances, Journalists and those queuing for food aid. Every single fishing boat was destroyed, so the Gaza fishermen could no longer catch fish. Arab detainees were systematically starved, denied medical treatment, tortured and raped. 94 died in the last 2 years.

Meanwhile full blown ethnic cleansing has been started in the West bank, even though they were not part of the conflict (instead of the creeping version for the last 50 years). South Lebanon was invaded and also ethnically cleansed, whole villages have been blown up; although a peace agreement was signed with Hezbollah Israel routinely carries out nearly daily attacks on both suspected Hezbollah members and also civilians who try to return to their homes. Attacks on Syria also occur regularly, with 13 villagers killed in a Syrian village in a recent raid. Israel acts with impunity and Western governments do nothing.

Israel could easily have systematically cleared small areas of Gaza near the borders, set up refugee camps and allowed Gazans to enter them (after obviously being searched for weapons etc.), then moved on to the next area, No need to destroy everything and massed casualties would have been avoided.  instead, genocide was the preferred tactic.

Excellent post.

Not allowing people to catch fish is a crime that makes me so sad.

In some ways worse than the cleansing if West Bank, as the IDF watch the terrorists cut down olive trees, spit on Christians etc.

Israel should be boycotted by all countries.

That doesn't mean they can be genocidal, practice ethnic cleansing and commit war crimes in abundance.

Well, Israel was attacked BEFORE there was a  blockade on Gaza .

The blockade was to STOP the attacks

You just keep posting walls of A.I text and expect me to read it all and reply to it .

A  few of you keep doing it and I used to spend much of my talking  and replying to A.I and bots .

If you were intelligent , then you would write it yourself .

You are posting A.I and claiming to be intelligent 🙂

One man's terrorist, is another man's Freedom Fighter.

Israel was created by terrorists, and the British failure to control the area after taking control from the Ottomans, after WW1, the rest is history.

Exactly, and there has been nothing but violence since 1948.

At least Europe had much less trouble.

A great victory for Hamas.🤔🤨

What credible source did you give for the following information, especially the conclusion?  I don't see any source at all.

An off topic section of a post referring to events that happened in the Second World War was removed. Please stay on topic. Thank you.

The credible sources for Gaza war casualty figures are primarily international organizations and humanitarian monitors that rely on the Gaza Health Ministry’s data but apply independent scrutiny:

🌍 Key Sources

  • United Nations (UN) – The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) regularly publishes situation reports using Gaza Health Ministry figures, while noting they cannot be fully verified due to restricted access.

  • World Health Organization (WHO) – Uses Gaza Health Ministry data for health impact assessments, treating them as the best available numbers.

  • Human Rights Watch (HRW) & Amnesty International – Reference the same figures in their reporting, while conducting independent investigations into specific incidents.

  • Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor – Provides detailed breakdowns of casualties, often aligning with Gaza Health Ministry tallies.

  • International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) – While not publishing full casualty counts, it acknowledges the figures reported by local health authorities and highlights humanitarian consequences.

Summary

The 70,000+ death toll is based on Gaza Health Ministry data, treated as credible by the UN, WHO, and humanitarian agencies, but always flagged as unverified due to access restrictions. Claims that it includes “natural deaths” (old age, unrelated medical conditions) are not supported by these credible sources.
