move on, thats from the 70's, try Le Male from jean paul gaultier, its a green bottle shaped like the upper body of a male

I still use Old Spice as after shave but you must get the European version which is much more like the original formula. The U.S./ Canada and Indian versions are much harsher although better on the drydown.

Just like "old Spice" which you can't get anymore

You can get Old Spice. There are US/Canada, Indian and European versions, which are the best. I have all three.

Hannibal ridiculed judie foster for her father using old spice, (had a little ship painted on the wall) just saying

that's strange when I went to buy some I was offered both "boll" and "aersol"  by a shop assistant who, bizarrely  had a strong scandinavian accent.

the  "onder ze arms " variety was not available and rarely requested apparently

There is no way you dont use anything else other than 'Sex Panther' by Odeon....

It's illegal in nine countries, made using real panther essence - tiny bits of actual panther - which guarantees quality...They've done studies - 60% of the time, it works every time....

We must use the same pharmacist. The man asked me if he could help me, I asked if he had cotton wool balls, he gave me a hard look and asked if I thought he was a teddy bear!

My comment was in respect to the mention of Farenheit.  Your reply was that Farenheit was for daily use.  Farenheit was introduced in 1988 and had its heyday in the early 1990's.

I don't use perfume.  Nor do I like to be around people who do.  Nasty stuff.

Really? who put a sad emoji on this one. I just answered a question, that was asked. Who is this mad? It´s really a disgrace to human intelligence. I guess you must feel proud of yourself. Hiding behind a keyboard making insane things. Most likely, you live alone, as no one can stand you, and you always have to pay for a short time. Charged premium price for half quality and all wants to get out as soon as possible. Later chatting with their friends about the guy with the short one who couldn´t perform.image.png.57e9af4453395af595e59d8c2c0893d9.png

Interesting, did you know......

Usage (who uses fragrance)

In the U.S., about 74% of adults say they use perfume or fragrance (37% regularly, 34% occasionally). 26% don’t use it at all.

Other surveys show many consumers use fragrance regularly or for special occasions (data vary by country).

Takeaway: A large majority in markets like the U.S. use some type of fragrance at least occasionally.

Annual Market Value

The global fragrance/perfume market is worth roughly $50–55 billion per year as of the mid-2020s.

Some forecasts project growth toward ~$100 billion by the late 2030s.

Thats fine. Its not a legal requirement.

Deodorant only, unless a special occasion, then just a tiny dab of cologne.

Few things in this world are more obnoxious than a man wearing too much cologne, or a woman wearing too much perfume. Yikes.

My all-time favorite, ever since dorm life at boarding school.

Simply, unforgettable.

I can still smell it....

To this day.

A tiny dab will do you....

If she doesn't give it to you, ...

Do it yourself.

What does Chatgpt have to say about this?

Why men wear fragrance:

  • Smell control. Soap fades fast. Fragrance lasts.

  • Social signal. You smell clean, put-together, intentional.

  • Confidence. Scent affects mood. That’s psychology, not fluff.

  • Attraction. Smell matters in how people read you.

  • Personal taste. Same reason you choose clothes or a haircut.

Is it feminine?

  • No. That idea is cultural baggage.

  • Men have worn fragrance for thousands of years. Warriors, kings, workers.

  • Many “masculine” scents today use woods, smoke, leather, spices.

  • Calling fragrance feminine usually means “I’m uncomfortable with grooming.”

The real line isn’t gender. It’s appropriateness.

  • Light application: fine.

  • Overspray: bad, regardless of gender.

  • Match the scent to the setting. Office ≠ nightclub.

Bottom line:

  • Men fragrance is normal.

  • It signals self-awareness, not softness.

  • If someone mocks it, that’s their insecurity talking, not a rule you missed.
