A Russian couple faces a fine after being caught having sex on Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand, early on December 24. The incident was reported by a Thai witness around 2 am, citing discomfort caused to nearby residents and tourists. Despite the couple leaving before police arrived, multiple witnesses confirmed their actions.

 

The couple, initially seen behaving affectionately, escalated their activities, causing public disturbance. It does not say that a fine was imposed, only that it could result in a fine UP TO Bht 5000.

20 years ago a friend bought a hotel in Blackpool. Suggested I come and have a look and do likewise. Having arrived late at night I awoke early next day so took his dog for a walk along the prom. As the sun rose I came across 2 lovebirds shagging noisily in a skip ( dumpster for our US friends). Oddly enough I decided not to invest.

Must have been making a fair amount of noise if they were causing 'discomfort' to nearby residents.

Yeah, I doubt they get the same opportunity back home in Siberia in December. You would get frozen to the seat!

Weak weak weak lame booty excuse... witness is a voyeur and ought to be subject to flogging. All the motorcycle and bar noise would drown out any 'sounds of love' that might emanate from the happy couplers.

About a year ago I was talking to a guy in the parking lot (car park for my UK friends) in Central Florida, and I noticed a four door F150 bumper going up & down. It had tinted windows.

 

Maybe a kid locked in there??? I dunno. I walked over and saw a female hand grab the back of the front seat near the window. I investigated no further.
