I was rather naive at University; unworldly most definitely. There was a Chinese Malaysian girl in my class and we got on well, and she was most certainly in love with me, and me probably with her for a term until a tall blonde lass starting paying me attention. The regret is that I did not pursue her properly and marry her - foreign student, family landed money in Malaysia - stinking rich. She's married to a white guy from the UK, so that was not going to be a blocker. But wow - what could have been. But I'm happy with my life now although a few million a year in allowances wouldn't go amiss 🙄
