90 day reporting pending since 1st April

Featured Replies

I tried submitting 90 day report online on the 1st April. Still pending.

Is this normal? How many days online does it normally take?

If you are going to rely on doing "90-day reports" via the very convenient online portal it's better to start regarding them as "75 day reports". Submit the report on the day two calendar weeks prior

The only time my 90-day-report was rejected online was when I submitted it too early. Other than that, I have been doing my 90-day-reports online for years and I have never had a problem.

Nothing would happen over a weekend anyway,

I be inclined to sit it out on Monday and if you haven't received a reply by late afternoon then resubmit the report.

I wouldn't rush it.

To resubmit my understanding is that to resubmit you cancel existing application.

When is due date? You can always do it in person

Since Monday is a holiday, I wouldn't expect to receive any update.

Oh yes, Chakri Day. I'd forgotten about that.

Whoops!

Submitted mine on March 30, received approval on March 31

Which is your local immigration office? They are responsible for approving/rejecting online 90-day reports in your case.

Personally, I would, if I were in your shoes, be waiting until towards the end of the current reporting window (including the 7-day grace period after the due date) before following this up with IMM, if necessary.

3 months ago it took more than 8 days to get my online approval. Last week it just took 2 days.

Been waiting two days now - if not received by early tomorrow I will go to the office Friday, because Songkran next week. On a related note - over the years I have lodged 10 online TM47s and 3 have been approved. It is really annoying having to go into the office and report to the police like a parolee and it is seriously starting to annoy.

Plus, if I apply and get approved early, they start the next 90 days from that day. I did it once 14 days ahead and when I saw the date I questioned why it was not 90 days from when my 90 days 'expired' - she said nothing. I was going to explain that I had only got 76 days 'permission', but the look on her face was very clear - pharkk off falang. I wonder if she is/was driving MRT trains now??

If you do it online the 90 count will start from when approved.

If done via mail it will be from the current due date even though you mail it 15 days prior to due date.

Submit the report on the day two calendar weeks prior to the due date. Can say this especially for CW, the system seems to operate best if you follow that pattern. (YMMV depending on the locale of the office. CW does start the calendar for the 'next due date' from the date the report that ends up being APPROVED is submitted to the office.)

What's the advantage? Timelier APPROVEDs and a buffer period to re-submit should you get a REJECTED result. Getting the 'full 90 days' shouldn't be the objective.

FYI.... Submitted my online TM47 on 7 April 2026.... Approved on the 10 April 2026.... Next notification date is on the 6 July 2026 = 90 days from date of submission.

I had the same problem a couple of months back, had to visit the dreaded lair eventually. It remained "PENDING" for over a month, well past the due date. It just changed to REJECTED one night, but like I said, I had to visit as it obviously wasn't working.

I have always done my 90-day reporting in person at the Thai Immigration Office in Roi-et either on the due date or a day or two before. The round-trip drive for me is about 3 hours. I look at the requirement as an opportunity to renew my relationship with them, and we always have a friendly, cordial discussion. The actual reporting process takes less than 5 minutes. I typically arrive a few minutes before they open, so I am first in line.

Did mine on Thursday (9th), accepted email arrived on Friday (10th).

Chiang Mai immigration, every office is different.

Have you checked the status of the application online???

You are advised via email approved or rejected.

Check status irrelevant

I have been successfully using the online system since it began. In fact, I did my 90 day report today, and it took about 3 minutes to get done. You are "one of those" people. Ask for help with a problem, then become a "subject matter expert" to then argue with people trying to help. Sir, your original question basically IS a "status of request." I did have the issue you are describing once. I sent in a new form, and was approved in two days. Anyway, sorry I tried to help. No need to reply. Done with you.

If it gets beyond seriously annoying, you could try and get an agent to do it for you.

I was successfully doing on line reports for a couple of years, the suddenly (unrelated to anything) they all got rejected for the following 18 months. They hadn’t a clue at the office when I went in. So last time I re registered with a different email address, submitted and hey presto "approved" ! Try that?

Mine have been approved over the weekend, surprisingly. Obviously Imm office dependent.

Just make sure you cancel pending one, before submitting new one.

Right, some offices do process the reports over the weekend. Mine, CW, apparently does not. Have never gotten a response myself or seen an account here of an online CW-submitted 90-dayer getting a REJECTED or APPROVED over the weekend.
