The Philippine National Police (PNP) is collaborating with the FBI to locate Austin Jan Sy Yatco, a Filipino wanted for alleged involvement in exploiting minors through online gaming and social media. Born in 1998 in San Pedro, Laguna, Yatco is accused of participating in an online group that coerced minors to create child sexual abuse materials. These materials were reportedly circulated within the network from 2019 to 2021. Yatco faces charges of sexual exploitation of children and possession and distribution of child pornography. He is believed to have connections in both the Philippines and Plano, Texas.

PNP officials, led by Nartatez, have expressed their readiness to assist US authorities, emphasizing their commitment to online safety. Local intelligence efforts are ongoing, with specialized units actively coordinating and gathering data to pinpoint Yatco's location. Nartatez stated, "We treat this with urgency and diligence."

Looking forward, both Philippine and US authorities continue to pressure Yatco's capture, coordinating resources and intelligence. The PNP's proactive stance underscores the global reach and cooperative nature of combatting cybercrime.
