Investigations with the Land Transportation Office revealed the vehicle involved was registered to a man named "Christian" from Taguig City. Christian confirmed lending the car to an associate known as alias "Tyron," a 35-year-old resident of Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez, Rizal. "Tyron" was arrested at this location alongside another suspect known as alias "Ricky."

Further investigations disclosed that alias Tyron had previously been apprehended in February 2017 for "Serious Physical Injuries" at another gas station in Barangay Balite, Rodriguez, Rizal. Meanwhile, authorities are still searching for Lloyd Santos Araneta, also known as Botchoy, who has a criminal record linked to R.A. 9165 violations in July 2017 and "frustrated murder" in February 2020.

Both apprehended suspects are currently facing Estafa charges and remain under police custody. The ongoing efforts to locate the remaining suspect highlight the authorities' commitment to ensuring justice.
