I really enjoy his content and find him quite intelligent, however, he occasionally gives off the vibe of someone who arrived in Thailand young and underresourced, essentially building his life there from scratch. He is probably hoping for a crash to scoop some deals.

That being said, my Toronto condo dropped a good 25% from highs.
