You dodged that question. You simply weren't prepared for my choosing to not disagree with you, but instead to discuss. Hence, your inability to continue. As before...when you are ready to discuss, let me know.

But that argument only works when he starts a thread and others can choose not to even click on it.But in almost all cases, he does not start the topic but effectively takes it over with dozens of off topic posts, like in this thread, where most of his posts are personal attacks, many of which have already been removed by moderators. In situations like these, it is no longer something others can just “skip” because they might be interested in the OP itself and the on topic replies others have posted, but his distasteful posts sour the flow of the entire thread. This kind of behavior is highly disruptive. It derails discussion, shifts the focus away from the original topic, and he turns interesting threads into multi page displays of immature bickering. Over time, that pattern pushes people away from participating in the original topic and lowers the overall quality of the forum itself. From a community perspective, repeated moderation interventions and warnings about possible account action have made it clear that his behavior has been flagged, yet his same pattern continues. That creates the impression that rules are not being applied consistently in practice.Based on the above, it is not hard to see why the whole situation generates much frustration among other users.“Dur, wut about me? Huh? Dur.”.I’m here much less and over on Reddit much more. Because of the above all of the time.

May 10May 10 Well, I grew bored and left. Forgot my password and username. Been away for months My life has been perfectly splendid if not even better for it. There used to be individuals that had some really excellent specialized knowledge on the board. Condos, banking, like that. The old members have literally died off. Many of them had enough of the trolls and the political nonsense. There are a few members to absolutely dominate the board and they can do quite a headache. Not really miss it at all.

So it seems it has been replaced.

May 10May 10 What Would Your Life Be Like in Thailand Without AN?This actually happen 10 years ago, on another type of forum.Members went crazy. No news update on fb why the forum was down, so members opened and refreshed the page multiple times every day. Guilty myself as well. Finally after two weeks the forum was up and running again. Members was overjoyed, finally they got their fix. Admins got a big dose of criticism, why no reason was given on fb, during the down time.Move forward another month, and the forum was down again.Never to be back up again. Again no public announcement. We think it doesn't matter, life goes on. Right?Sure it does, but most will miss "their" forum much more than one can imagine, as long the forum is up and working. So to answer the question: Let's hope it never happen.

You presented your topic as a fait accompli and likely expected a polarised argument. Instead I was open to discussion and asked questions. It appears that you didn't get that far with your thinking. It's clear that meaningful for you has a different definition from normal, balanced minds. If you would like to think that you won something, that's okay with me 😊

For this reason alone, I refrain from attempting to engage with you. Chatting with a parrot might be funny for a while, but after a while it becomes boring and repetitive.Obviously your 'hot fox' is unable to provide you with any mental stimulation. In a 'no holds barred' environment, you would suffer much worse than you do here. Here, you are already claiming to have put people on ignore, so it must be affecting you. Like others with your syndrome, you latch onto words and phrases you see utilised elsewhere and repeat them ad infinitum. The older people here take the time to explain things to you, rather than simply ripping in to you. So you stay here.

The constant snark and snipes, the endless regurgitation of Google and AI summaries, and the obsession with posting for three quarters of the day, despite consistently negative reactions to almost everything he posts, just makes it hard to understand why he is so fixated on continuing on the site. And it has been going on for years. The strangest part is the complete lack of self awareness, and the fact that anyone who regularly reacts negatively to his posts he immediately labels a troll. Either he genuinely cannot see the contradiction between his words and his behaviour, or pretending not to see it has become an emotional coping mechanism. Either way, his constant persistence to remain on the site, despite multiple account changes and how others perceive him, is one of the oddest online personas I have ever seen. That is what I need. This is just a substitute, and a bad substitute, for not having enough real things to do.Excessive travelling is the same. Also just a substitute for having something better to do.So yes, call it a privilege if you want, to waste time on nothing. But it is still wasting time. And time is the one thing we do not get more of when it is up.
