Expiring Visa: Non-immigrant O , Now What?

Featured Replies

My One Year Multiple entry Non-Imm O Visa will expire next month; I've followed all the rules in terms of leaving every 90 days (or sooner) so no problems there.

My question : When I leave the country for the "last" time on this type of visa (e.g. 3 days before expiration of the visa), if I choose to do the same "visa run" to a neighboring country as I have before, will they issue me a 30 day "tourist" visa stamp upon re-entry to Thailand, or will they give me 90 days? Or--is it up to the individual Immigration Officer, or even, IF I enter by land or through an International Airport?

I am a US Passport holder, if that matters....

TIA,

HB

I am 100% certain they will give you , everywhere another 90 days .
