https://www.who.int/news/item/27-04-2026-practicing-today-for-tomorrow-s-emergencies-who-convenes-countries-and-partners-to-simulate-response-to-major-disease-outbreak

27th April 2026

WHO wrapped up Exercise Polaris II, a 2-day high-level simulation exercise, based around an outbreak of a fictional new bacterium spreading across the world. Bringing together 26 countries and territories, 600 health emergency experts and over 25 partners

Just like the exercise they did 2 months before the 'Covid Pandemic' materialised.

"Note to editors

Participating countries and territories covering all WHO regions included Bangladesh, Brazil, Brunei, Colombia, Egypt, El Salvador, France, Georgia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo*, Libya, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Paraguay, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Suriname, Thailand, and Yemen."

Without the US on board, this type of endeavour can't realistically produce any significant outcome – a good example of how consequential the Trump admin's policies are.

I say: Vaccines do not protect anyone from anything. Just a giant money maker for the medical industry. And once hooked on; probably a customer for life

If I may be so frank to mention small pox (now eradicated by vaccines) polio, (nearly eradicated by vaccines) +++ would that alter you misconception?

Nope, that vaccines eradicated polio is the always-repeated lie for the non-thinking populace.

What is the correct term for this: disinformation or misinformation?

Are you another - it was toxins that dun it - or nature would a fixed it - a good cup of tea - by the way there are pages of off the beaten track posts now - can you point to one that has been highly controversial but turned out scientifically proven to be true

Always a pleasure to read answers from the thinking populace. Please point out what the unison conceptions are amongst the tin foil hat brigade what let to the (almost) 100% eradication of Polio?

What caused the decline?

The claim in the headline of the Substack post comes from the title of the screenshot of/ link to an X post - https://x.com/DawnsMission/status/2057811697616994785 - where Professor Robert Clancy in a conversation with Dr. John Campbell refers to a 22 million person dataset released in Japan due to a FOIA request.

Apparently this dataset has not been verified in any peer-reviewed journal. I wonder why Prof Clancy makes the claims he does without pointing out the dataset has not been peer-reviewed.

I personally suspect there is a link between excess deaths and the mRNA vaccines, but the above video clip is not strong enough evidence.

The tin foil hat populace believes that a large part of what is called 'polio' is actually caused by poisoning from neurotoxic pesticides such as DDT – the outbreaks always match(ed) the areas where they were/are used, including nowadays.

Dr. Suzanne Humphries has written a great book on it.

We are all nuts.

Interchangeable, take your pick. Just don't forget to add 'dangerous' before it.

Interesting. So (polio has been around for millennium) you are saying the ancient Egyptians had the ability to manufacture synthetic pesticides. Quite remarkable statment!

Symptoms currently aggregated under the term 'polio' (a term mentioned for the first time in 1911) certainly have been around for a long time. Muscle wasting associated with deformities, for example, was called 'debility of the lower extremities' in the 18th century.

Almost correct, not bad. Anyway, each and everyone of us is free to choose what we believe in....even if the belief is mumbo jumbo to the majority.

Of course........doh........this is the special thread where cretins can post anything and there's no moderation.

but well conducted random sampled, double-blind studies do...

The most famous, landmark trial of the polio vaccine was the 1954 Salk Vaccine Field Trial, which featured a massive double-blind, placebo-controlled design.

The 1954 Salk Field Trial

  • The Study: Over 1.3 million elementary school children participated. In the double-blind, randomized portion, children were assigned to receive either the Salk vaccine or a harmless salt solution (placebo).

  • The Significance: It was one of the largest controlled experiments in medical history. The rigorous blinding prevented bias and definitively proved that the Salk vaccine was safe and highly effective against paralytic polio. You can read more about the history of this experiment on the Roots of Progress Institute.
