Trump didn't attend his own sons wedding. How pathetic.

These threads are genuinely enlightening - not about Trump, but about the astonishing depth of delusional bias some people carry while still imagining themselves intellectually objective.

It doesn’t even matter what the actual topic is anymore. The moment anyone challenges the logic, exaggeration, or outright hypocrisy behind anti-Trump rhetoric, the usual ideological fanatics come stampeding in, incapable of functioning outside their own emotional conditioning.

Cue the predictable flood of thumbs-down emojis from people who mistake tribal outrage for intelligence - as clearly observed.

I’ve never had so many negative reactions on a single thread or post, which honestly says far more about the participants than it does about me. It exposes this place for exactly what it is - an echo chamber driven almost entirely by emotional reflex rather than critical thought.

For many in here, Trump short-circuits rational analysis completely. The standards applied to everyone else suddenly vanish. Common sense, nuance, proportion, context - all abandoned the second his name enters the discussion.

What remains is pure reactionary hostility masquerading as moral and intellectual superiority.

And that’s the truly vapid part of it all. So many seem utterly incapable of separating fact from emotional gratification. If a narrative is anti-Trump, it gets embraced instantly, no matter how dishonest, exaggerated, or transparently absurd it may be.

The emotional need to hate him has become stronger than the willingness to think objectively.

That isn’t political awareness. It’s ideological neurosis and in many cases simply outright stupidity.

80yo lefties with no hobbies. I just laugh at how sad they are. Only a dumb ceremony which would be a waste of time and money.

No - what’s pathetic is the outstanding level of negative bias on view here. I’m not a Trump supporter. I think he is a poor statesman, and a lot of his public behaviour is embarrassing and clownish

A better question is does he hate Barron because he hates good looking men?

This takes the prize as one of your most pathetic comments/replies ever... and when it comes to Trump, that's saying something. If you can't say something remotely intelligent, just spout anything at all.
