Expiring Non-imm B Visa

Featured Replies

Hi my 1 year non-immigrant B visa is expiring on 7th Nov. Im leaving to Europe end of Sept and will be back to Thailand on the 7th Oct, which is exactly 1 month. Should i still use my non-imm B visa or just get a stamp-on-arrival? I read somewhere that if i use my visa, ill get a 3 month stamp, is that true???

Thanks

Shaun

You should be granted another 90 day stay on re-entry.

As said use your visa and receive a 90 day stamp (and if you want leave/return on 6th November and get a new 90 day stamp).

Depending on how long you plan to stay, why not get a new non-imm while in Europe?
