Immigration

Featured Replies

I don't want this in either the Visa or Airport fora....Just came through immigration at Suvanabhumi!!!! Lucky I got Thai wife...she got me and our daughter-both UK passports through the Thai Passport channel...if not, our friend, came with us...3 hours to clear passports at 15.00 on a Saturday, queuing back into the arrivalhalls...what is going on??!!

Chinese holiday.

In a perfect world, Thai immigration would be in contact with certain secret organisations (the airline companies) to determine how many passengers would be arriving on each flight into Suvarnabhumi. Then they could plan ahead (:D) and ensure enough staff were available to deal with them.

But only in a perfect world, of course. :o

Does anyone know if they are still letting foreigners use the Thai channel with a current annual res. visa ???

This would of course be beneficial to all parties in cutting down on congestion, while utilising the Thai channel that is used far less.

I,m not sure if this belongs in another forum ? apologies just in case
