He is backed by the Asian and African federations who block vote, its accounts for over 50% of the votes needed. He’s going nowhere unfortunately.

Sycophantino doesn't need to do much manipulation, he holds the purse strings, so he has the votes for all the football federations except Europe; which is the only one capable of funding itself.
