Applying for Non O on E-visa website

Featured Replies

I have been trying to complete my application for a Non O visa on the online platform and have been having a couple of issues:

1 On the accommodation page it asks for the address and phone number of my accommodation in Thailand. As I'll be living at my wife's house, I put her address but when I try and input her Thai phone number, it will only allow me to input 9 digits whereas her phone number has 10 digits. All I could think of doing is leaving out the 0 at the start of her number.

2 For the supporting documents, it requests 3 months of bank statements but will only allow me to upload 1 file. So if I upload April's bank statement and then try and upload May's, it removes April's and replaces it with May's and so I don't know how to proceed.

3 I'm also not sure what to fill in for date of departure as I am not planning on leaving. Just any date before the end of the 3-month period?

Has anyone else come across these issues before and if so, how did you get around them? Maybe I am missing something somewhere but on the user manual there wasn't really any useful information to answer my questions.

Also, for the bank statements, do I have to include all transaction pages or just the front page of the statement?

1) Yes, forego the leading 0

2) You need to use a tool to combine all the pdfs into a single file. There are some websites that will do it. I think ilovepdf is one I see mentioned often.

3) Any date within 90 days of the arrival date you entered in the application, since that's the maximum stay the visa provides. You are not held to that date.

Thank you very much.

I completed same application yesterday;

1) Didn't need to give phone number

2) It wouldn't allow pdf or combined pdf, only one jpeg per slot (ai said this may be because I'm applying at Phnom Penh. I will await processing results). I requested a 3 month statement from the Bangkok Bank app. which was a single A4 page.

3) I added 90 days from my flight arrival date.

I must admit I am not confident at all about it and expect little if any leeway or help. Good luck with your application.

It must depend on nationality or where one is applying from then I guess. I assumed it would be the same for everybody.

On my application the accommodation phone number is definitely a compulsory field and for supporting documentation it states (.JPG .JPEG .PDF file, Limit Size is 3 MB).
