I don't think that's insane. The child could have gone too but it was deemed that a move would have been detrimental to his wellbeing seeing as he doesn't speak the language and has many special needs that are catered for currently. He has sensory issues, dietary issues, he is autistic. And let's not forget the child is a British citizen so his rights come first - going with his dad is not technically even a possibility, it would be deporting a UK citizen. Nuggets aside the decision was taken in the best interests of a child, that is the key. I don't understand why the likes of Barra get so riled by that. (Well, no doubt it's because Farage or Yaxley-Lennon tell them to)
