Many women in Thailand still wear traditional Thai clothing my daughter has to wear it each Friday to school so why wouldn’t they wear it when visiting countries overseas.

It is common in many areas of England for women from India, Pakistan, Somalia, and Arab countries etc to dress that way.

I am currently in the UK on a visit and there were several women on the flight dressed that way.

Unlike in the UK many people respect their culture.

Don't know about being more kings in the UK but plenty of queens just go to Brighton see for your self

Not negative comments only a lot of people find it weird... What is the reason they do that??? That is the only question? Is it only to promote Thailand? But I don't think so as we read a lot of negative news about British tourists in Thailand.. So what is the reason behind this gesture?

You mean Unitred Kingdom. Gt. Britain only applies to the largest island of the British Isles and does not include the smaller ones or Northern Ireland.

No, there are not, they're all the same person. There is no one who is officially titled the King of England, the King of Scotland, the King of Wales or the King of Great Britain.

I did not claim that there have never been other monarchs named Charles.

If you watch the many videos of the Horse Guard pretty well all the East Asian tourists bow after having their photo taken. Unlike the many other races who are just rude and disrespectful. Then there are the ones who are so out or order who get a good seeing to by the armed police. Only in Britain will you see scum arguing with the police armed with an assault rifle. Just shoot them, far easier.

I was thinking that almost looks like a set-up job, who goes to London and goes around in almost they national costume? Would they go into a KFC dressed like that,

Makes a nice change from some of the other behaviour seen disrespecting the King's guards or wanting to paw the horses.
