Entirely relative, anyone with a actual big bike license knows there is places where you can enjoy that speed, and where you do the opposite. That is more the issue aside from actual people violating traffic rules, causing issues for people that drive a bike with less experience. In for example samui the speed limit is even 75-80kmph in the ring road, it is dangerous to not follow the flow of traffic and that's about the cap of a 115cc. Also you do not need to drive fast to get a very bad accident, it just depends how you get hit and land. Seen bad at 35kmph.
