Don Muang Airport Bus

Featured Replies

Anyone know if airport buses still run from Don Muang? Got a domestic flight arriving there and want to know the options for getting to Pratunam area.

TIA

Yes. They leave every half hour (but I don't know from when in the morning to when at night). You have to present your boarding pass when entering. If you lost it, show them the tag on your luggage. The buses go non-stop right to Lardprao station where you have the option to board the metro, a bus/taxi or access and parking building. Really very convenient. What people also do not know is you can CHECK IN at Lardprao station with the Thai Airways counter. (Will try it myself next time)

I believe the bus to LadPrao is restricted to those using Thai Airways only. Also, LadPrao is still a long ways from Pratunam. A taxi is your better option - about 200b if you use the taxi queue. About 150b if you walk to the main road bus stop (where plenty are available). To my knowledge there are no general buses serving the airport now as they did when it was International.
