It's never been considered necessary in civilised western society, Although in extreme cases corrective surgery might be prescribed, which would of course be conducted by a qualified surgeon in a sterile medical environment.

Yeah but Americans dont really care. Non necessary and also non harmful. And also, doesn't affect performance. I dont condone mutilation like chopping a hand off for theft but alot of women would like to look tidy down there if they had the choice. A really attractive girl had the roast beef lips and in the end you could bang the hottest woman in the world and the ugliest and if you are blind they would both feel tge same anyways

"Choice" being the operative word here, which , traditionally , is not a privilege normally extended to prepubescent muslim girls I have yet to see a report where any woman has spoken favourably at having been "cut" and I don't find that surprising.
