You are confused. Interpol does not have a mandate to investigate crime in France. The activity is the sole purview of the French government and its designated security agency(s). If there had been a demonstrable link, the French police would have communicated it to the Thai authorities. And if the person was implicated and a case made, France would have requested extradition.

Interpol would most certainly be involved with Thai authorities in the event French law enforcement agencies established a Thai/Israeli connection in this case.

Interpol is an administrative support service for the purpose of sharing information and would not be investigating this case.

France does not have an extradition treaty with Thailand. All Interpol can do is relay a request from the French government if necessary. However, in the absence of the treaty a red notice would not have meant much. Besides, France has excellent relations with Thailand and could have asked directly. Anyway, before an extradition can be requested, a case would have had to be established by the investigating magistrate, No case was established and no accusation of wrongdoing, other than by the detectives of Asean Now , was made in France.

The "firebombing of the house " as you term it, did not occur. An automobile in front of the home was set on fire. The home of the mother of Kevin Dimino in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, France, suffered light damage as a result. It was never established if the vehicle fire was related to the dispute in Koh Samui. No one would have been aware that Kevin Dimino's mother lived there. Nor would it make sense to target a woman who had nothing to do with a dispute in Koh Samui, let alone was even aware of the dispute.

And before you offer up some special plot, the anti social behavior is the region is real, and cars are often set on fire. Villeurbanne has a large North African community. The region also has a crime problem with its male youths. Nothing in the article indicates the house was significantly damaged, much less burnt down. The only indication the fire bombing was related to the Koh Samui dispute came from Dimino himself. There's been no verification of that claim by the French police.

This hotheaded conflict between Israelis with expats and local Thais may be an example of many more to come.

Thé area that concerns the mothers house is infamous for drug gangs , fighting and attacks all the time . Nothing to do with the Thailand dispute. You couldn’t get a worse more dangerous area.

Now , the 2 men concerned are being deported, and I hope it serves as a lesson to respect an other countries rules and regulations. No one , not the one or the other , should be in Thailand . Keep the peace, don’t bring racism’s horror to Thailand. Be warned.

Yes, because there is no actual evidence to support that the house itself was targeted. A vehicle was set on fire. You are repeating claims that appeared on social media and that came from Dimino. He was the one who stated "Ils ont jeté des cocktails molotov sur la maison de ma mère en France, à Lyon"   They threw molotov cocktails at the house of my mother in Lyon, France. The police investigation has not supported his claim that the house was targeted. If and when it is shown that the house was targeted, then you can run with your conspiracy claim.
