Never been any right to freedom of religion in the UK

The throne was created (after Cromwell) to defend the Anglican Church (aka CoE)

Catholics were (and still are) prohibited from being Prime Minister in the UK.

Which is why Tony Blair converted to Catholicism after standing down as PM.

And you claim I am stupid?

The law banning Catholics from becoming PM was repealed in 1829! Burnham is a Catholic.

I only accept the 1688/9 rules of monachy!

Charles did reach out for a few seconds with alarm, but you can't see what happened - e.g. others immediately helping the Asda guy on the ground. Maybe he shouldn't have walked away so quickly, but his security detail might have immediately gestured to him to move - and he did. He instinctively puts his hand in his suit pocket whenever there is a surprise or perceived threat. I remember the exact same reaction some years ago when some guy charged onto the stage and his security detail immediately tackled the guy - Charles wasn't touched but put his hand in his pocket in exactly the same way and stepped back.

You mean, you only accept the rules that fit your Islamophobia, regardless if they are adjusted to be within the concept of freedom.

Aren't you one that always claim there is no freedom of anything in the UK?

My concept of freedom excludes foreign invasion by anyone of any colour.

And as a traditional Marxist, my ideas about freedom and democracy, are neither all that free nor all that democratic. And don't really include non-whites or women.

Do you have learning difficulties?

I said he cares about Muslims.

Higgot responded to that, saying I was talking rubbish.

I asked why Higgot thinks he doesn't care.

From that exchange you interrupt to conclude I think he doesn't care and call me a racist while stating "Muslim is a religion". 😄

I'm trying to be patient here but I suspect you are a bit of a lost cause.

That’s not a strong endorsement of his mental acuity if doesn’t know the video exists but post nevertheless. Trump does display at times that he don’t know where he or the name of the person in front of him.

You're assuming he posts his own media content. I doubt that very much.

It’s an honorable thing that you can admit that you’re a white nationalist commie Marxist who prefers oppression and disparity over the masses who wish to only live their lives without a government stealing their freedoms and taking their voices away. But still, an abhorrent murderous ideological position you have there.

Higgot's remark to you that you brought Muslim/Islam and the associated racism unneeded into a topic that had nothing to do with it.

From your post history we all know what your meaning of "he cares for Muslims" was Jonny. We aren't all uneducated MAGA's

You were the one that brought race/racism into it. 😄

I only mentioned Muslims. To show how kind/caring King Charles can be for people he genuinely cares about, which is the topic of the thread.

Nothing to do with race. That was all you. Own it.

So why did you go off-topic with mentioning Muslims in a thread that had no relation in any way to it?

Read slowly Jonny, as that is your favourite reply, trying to wriggle yourself out of your apparent racist post.

It was an example of how caring King Charles can be, if I'd said he cares about plants would that have been Botanophobic? 😄

You should stop digging when you're in the hole already. Everyone can read your post history about the subject of King Charles and Muslims

But you'd be happier and safer, and you'd have a wife and family that loved you (or else), and a home with utils and no worries about paying as long as you never openly disagreed with my rule.

Obviously any dissent and you'd get to see the abhorrent murderous bit of my ideology, although I'm more of a gulag in the outer Hebrides than a guillotine sort of guy.

No hole Callum.

You're the one who said "Muslim is a religion" and followed it up by saying that stating King Charles cares about Muslims is Wacist.

Totally clueless.

Also note that he objects to the policies being introed by the nWo which are cultural marxism.

Obviously dissent would be treated more severely than outright opposition (Stalin Vs Trotsky ..... Where's my ice axe?). NWO being world Revolution while I support Socialism in one country.

Apart from a particularly attractive female that just started working at my local 711 and keeps smiling intently at me, I have no fixation with Muslims.

Does anybody seriously think Trump sits there editing videos of Charles? It's obviously his team of social media monkeys who posts this. People take this too seriously.

Monkeys being the operative word, as its only monkeys who will work for this clown.

I think monkeys is the wrong word.

Toady is the right word. He lacks integrity.

Bessent is no different from the other intelligent people who sit in front of committees and are unwilling to say Biden won the last election.

Some examples of Bessent being a Toady…

In a January 2024 investor letter from his firm Key Square (before Trump’s reelection), Bessent wrote that “Tariffs are inflationary and would strengthen the dollar.” During a February 2026 House Financial Services Committee hearing, when asked directly if he had written that, he initially said “no.” Confronted with the letter and reporting, he later stated he was “mistaken” and that “tariff inflation was the dog that didn’t bark,” citing (selective) San Francisco Fed data while the economy faced ongoing price pressures.

In May 2025 on Meet the Press, he said “Gasoline prices have collapsed under President Trump.” AAA and other data showed prices fluctuating but not collapsing (they were around $3.12–$3.23 range at points, without the dramatic sustained drop claimed).

He repeatedly claimed tariffs would not raise (or had not raised) U.S. consumer prices—e.g., that China would “eat” the tariffs or that there had been “no price increases” from them. Company reports, retailer disclosures (Costco, Best Buy, others), and analyses showed pass-through to higher prices on goods.

Soybean farm claim: On Face the Nation he said he “run[s] a soybean farm”; the host corrected that he invested in/owned one (holdings later divested for ethics reasons).

•  DOGE/Treasury systems access: Senators stated he provided inaccurate or incomplete information to Congress about who had access, the nature of access (“read-only”), and the purpose (portrayed as a routine efficiency review).

Oh my God, you mean a politician did not tell the truth?

I am outraged beyond words. So unexpected.
