Received One-year Multiple Entry "o" Married In Kl

Featured Replies

I Just received a one-Year Multiple "O" Married visa in KL.

I had all the usual documents, and asked for a multiple, not expecting to get one... figured a 3 month - Sure. but if you don't ask... So...

I told the woman that I needeed to do some traveling in the next 2 months and would like a multiple.. she asked about finances, and I told her that my wife supported me. (True as we have an export compny in my Wife's name) My year extension in 2008 will be based on Wife's yearly income, after we file Tax forms.

So, in KL they said I can have a Multiple IF I could get my wife to FAX down a letter to them, having my wife REQUEST one for me... So Off I ran to find an internet Cafe with Skype so I could contact my wife.. She faxed a Letter immediately, I went back to the emabssy.. No waiting.. they had the fax.. paid my 550 ringgit.. and Picked up Visa next day...

Letter only has to say... "Please give my husband, (Name), a One year Multiple Entry Married visa."

Signed and dated. That's it. She can write it in Thai.

If you bring it with you, obviously you won't have to fax it.

Good luck
