I'm trying to get one of these 3 year Non Imm B Visa for conducting business on behalf of an American IT company. We wish to establish a reseller and partner network in Thailand and across APAC. I have 2 email conversations with Thai IT resellers, but when I went to the embassy in Mumbai, India (I'm currently working in India) i was denied this visa. I fact I was denied even a 1 year multiple entry non imm b visa.

The three year B is almost impossible to get.

I had it explained that the 3 year non B was for visiting businessmen that are often in the country for short periods.. Hence this wouldnt be a WP type application but they wanted to see a large history of regular short visits.

Was basically told VERY hard to obtain from London.

It is not possible to get a work permit on a 3 year Non B
