Advice Re ? Aphids

Several of my plants, various types have recently become infested with what look like aphids......tiny white oval shaped things underneath the leaves and along the stems. Plants also look droopy despite adequate water. Anyone any ideas on what it is and how to treat. Thanks

You can buy Neem oil and spray that, it should kill them off. Alternatively, if the infestation isn't too bad you can wash them off the leaves with soapy water. But make sure to isolate the infected plants (if in pots) or if you wash them off, don't let them spread--try to wash them into a bucket.

Thanks sbk will try to wash them off first, if no luck will try the neem oil, is it readily available.......i.e. from garden shops/nurseries?
