Silom Road, opposite Narai hotel. There is a shop that sells them in all sizes from 'shoebox' to 'needs 8 people to move it'

Don't think you'll get any of the larger ones on the back of a tuk-tuk, though

I got mine from one of the shops in MBK on the furniture floor. They delivered it to my 2nd floor condo (no lifts). I doubt any of them expect you to take it away yourself in a truck but will deliver it for you.

On Sukhumvit Road between Queen's park and Soi 18 is a shop that I saw. It has loads of them; all sizes and styles. Definitely get one that is fire proof.

The price I cannot even remember now as it was so long ago but the shop I was in had an extensive range of them all shapes and sizes. I selected the one I wanted which was a display model and it was delivered a week later from their warehouse. I am moving condo soon and I will be going back to order another for my new condo rather than take the old one there.

There's also a quite large, independent safe shop between Villa Market and the Robin Hood Pub, Sukhumvit Road between sois 33 and 35.

There's also a shop selling safes on the top floor of Fashion Island although I've never looked hard enough to see if they were digital (or analogue?)
