I just talked to a friend of mine. He was living in Jomtien but moved up country several months ago. He did his 90 day address verifications up there. He went back to Jomtien for his visa extension and was asked why he was using the Jomtien office if he lived up country. He told the lady that his bank was still in Jomtien and that he had to come down to get the bank letter so he thought he'd get the visa in Jomtien too. She told him that she would give his extension this time but that he would have to use the office nearest his home next year.
