30-baht Card

Well heres the sitation,

Me and my thai fiancee live in Phuket, she is from Nong Khai and that is her registered home province, she has a 30-baht gold card but she has been told she can only use it in her province? Then someone else told us she can use it twice in anothe province...ie..Phuket.. does anyone have some solid info on this, she is 5 months pregnant now and if we could use the gold card to have the baby here in phuket that would make things sooo much easier for us, any info on this would be very much appreciated.

She should go ask at the office (or hospital) that issues the cards in Phuket.

She cannot use her card in Phuket only in Nongkai.

If she has changed her residence she should be able to change the hospital she's registered at.

My wife and daughter had no problems doing that.
