Hello :o

I'm a Dutch guy married to a Thai girl and living in Thailand.

My wife and I are looking for a way to start a small (perhaps even home-based) business.

I read that with this Natural Employer arrangement, my wife would be allowed to hire

me as an employee, without having a registered company.

Currently my wife has a job where she pays more than 25000 bath income tax per year,

I believe this is required for me to be able to apply for a work permit.

- Can anyone tell me what exactly we are allowed to do under this arrangement??

- Will I be able to get a work permit this way?

- How big or complex can our business be before we have to make it a registered company??

- How about my income taxes?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Dutch99
