IT Services manager needed

PM with resume

Candidate should be fully capable of managing, consulting and supporting an IT environment.

Duties include:

• manage team of 3-5 IT Support engineers.

• liaise with overseas offices.

• organise meetings, task prioritisation and follow up.

• reporting of overall IT status.

• recommending and implementation of Microsoft solutions.

• ensuring new planning requirements are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Must have strong experience in Microsoft Server products (Windows Server, Exchange, ISA, SQL etc.).

• Excellent skill in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)

• Ability to present information in Excel and prepare report for management.

• Ability to organise and lead a team.

• Able to prepare and lead IT meetings.

• Pro-active in responding to problems.

• Ability to work under pressure, can-do attitude and motivated for success.
