Some people have found the Sydney office difficult to deal with and without doubt they could be correct.

Just a word of warning be prepared to be asked to resubmit if you don't have all documents.

Went today and thought I had covered all bases alas not the case.

Chap requested a copy of my ticket!

I advised that tickets these days are electronic and I wasn't after a tourist visa - he came straight back with "then I need a copy of your "itenerary" I said politely I am returning to Thailand on Sunday so it will simply be Sydney to Bangkok aha he said just produce that in writing and all will be ok.

Tha moral of the story be prepared try to cover all bases I may even write the size if my underjocks as my file number just in case
