KOENIGSBERGER KLOPSE - Light German meat Dumplings in a creamy Béchamel sauce laced with capers served with freshly boiled Potatoes

Don't forget to mention the capers in the bechamel sauce, that's what it makes KOENIGSBERGER.

This dish a very old fashioned German dish but a nice one.

No Problem Gerd - happens to me all the time -see merton Mowbray instead of Melton Mowbray here is a pic of what it looks like in the Jar

Pastuerized - easy to heat up and serve - afraid Potatoes you will have to cook yourself old fashioned ... yes but boy is it good had it for my dinner last night (the advantage of taking pictures of plated food - get to eat it afterwards and no nonsense of health food - real butter in the Bechamel and lots of it plus my own stock and white wine of course - heard stories of companies making Bechamel with margerine or oil ....... not the same thing
