wants2no
I have a copy of her birth certificate and passport, but not her Thai ID. I have many other copies of her IDs from the U.S. university and such. Is there any way to register our U.S. marriage in Thailand without her present to do so? If it is possible, will some confirming notice be sent to her address of record on her ID, which perhaps the authorities can find out, or will some notice be sent to her place of residence, which I know. If a notice is sent, when does it get sent? Please reply urgently.
IamMaiC
I was under the impression if it is registered in either country Thailand or the United States they consider it a legal marriage. Maybe I don't understand why u want to do? Why do u want to register it in thailand?
