Hello

My husband ( British) wants to apply for Non-O visa,at the moment he's got Non-B multiple entry visa, and we got married in April,so what papers we have to show at the immigration and how much will it cost and how long will it take?He works here for a long time,we register for a company so he could get work permit but we are not wealthy. We earn 47K a month , but last year he went back to the UK for months and he didn't have much income, but this year he's paid his tax and has income every month( me too)

We tried in Phuket twice with all papers we were asked for but couldn't get it for typical reason, now we are going to Bangkok to do it.

enough information?

Any advice would be appreciated.

We will assume you are Thai as you failed to mention it. Believe you are likely to have the same questions in Bangkok - where is the tax proof of 40k family income last year. Earlier in the year that seems to have been what they required but I would give them a call on 1111 and ask for Immigration to ask them directly what proof of income will be required - as it is now late in the year perhaps they can accept this years payments again.
